Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using URMRKT, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use of Service
URMRKT provides an online marketplace for agricultural commodities. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Transactions
All transactions conducted through URMRKT are subject to our transaction policies. Buyers and sellers are responsible for fulfilling their obligations as agreed upon in each transaction. URMRKT acts as a facilitator and is not a party to transactions between users.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall URMRKT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
